Let’s get one thing straight. You’re not going to get some sob story from me about how I turned my life around with one magical pill or diet.
The truth is, I started out as a pilot. Then I studied law. Then I trained hard to be a bodybuilder. And now I’m a personal trainer for (mostly) women because making a direct difference in the lives of women across the globe felt far more rewarding than any other career path.
For far too long, I watched PT’s online and in the gym feed women crazy diets and prescribe even crazier workouts. I felt the frustration of women who had been following these programs to a T and failing to see sustainable results. I knew someone out there had to change something and it felt like I was the only one who was ready to take on the challenge.
Fast forward to this moment. You’re reading this wondering, “Why the heck should I trust you with my diet and training?” Well… the answer lies in the results you get when you train with me for 10 weeks. My approach is science-based, it’s straightforward, and it’s not restrictive at all (unless you’re eating ice-cream for breakfast, lunch and dinner… we might need to make some changes there).

Yes. The reason we chose to do this is so you can continue your progress, as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or annual. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to us that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email us with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym we've got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
